Introduction

A Customer makes a written application on the form provided by Mail Away. The customer then pays the fees required for the service of Mail Away.

Charges

Charges for the service shall be determined by Mail Away and are payable in advance.

Responsibilities

Mail Away's responsibility is to make sure the customers receive their mail to the best of our ability.
Mail Away is not responsible for lost or misplaced mail before we receive it or after forwarding on to the customers.

Dangerous Goods

Dangerous goods are not to be sent through Mail Away's service.
